Logispring leads €5 million equity round in Confidex

GENEVA, Switzerland, NOKIA, Finland, - March 12, 2007 – Logispring announced today that it has invested in Confidex, a Finnish company with unique expertise in designing and manufacturing RFID tags. Confidex provides its customers with tag solutions renowned in the market for their reliability, durability and exceptional performance even in the most difficult environments. Logispring, a global investor focused on building businesses for supply networks, was joined by local investor Aura Capital. The €5 million of growth capital is Confidex’s first institutional round of equity and will be used to strengthen the Company’s sales efforts and boost manufacturing capabilities.
