Alarm:Clock reports that PlateSpin has been sold to Novell for $207 million, having been founded in 2003 and requiring just $17 million of venture financing to date, presumably netting investors (Insight Venture Partners, OpenView Venture Partners, CastleHill Ventures, Covington Capital and Skylon Capital) a healthy return.
